Requiem is an open source program that will strip the DRM from your iTunes music and video files. Video files do not always work, but I have had no problems decrypting audio files. You must be running iTunes version 7.6.2 (the latest as of writing) and be authorized to play the content you want decrypted.
You'll need to install Java (http://www.java.com/getjava/) if you want to use the easy to use Java GUI (Graphical User Interface) that is included that can be used on both Windows and Mac machines. Just double click on the Requiem.jar file and the GUI will come up.

- added prebuilt osx/PPC
- Windows Vista support
- some GUI tweaks
