Description:
After installing Protowall first use the ipfilter.p2p inside the archive.
Then install Blocklist Manager.
Copy all files from the "Program folder" to the... ummm... program folder.
Open the Settings.reg and edit the <> and <> entries.
Then save it and import it to the registry.
Now launch _extra lists 32 bit.cmd (32 bit Windows) or
_extra lists 64 bit.cmd (64 bit Windows).
--
In most cases, the different download locations I added host exactly the same lists, so they are double and triple processed.
If you see this (inside the Cache folder of Blocklist Manager), turn off the additional imports inside the Blocklist Manager options under "Sources" -> "Enable import integration". But attention, there are some lists that are additional and not backup server location related.
So, per default I turned off the possible doubles inside the import lists.
--
Then launch Blocklist Manager.
Just click on process.
Then on export.
That is the setup for the creation of ipfilter.p2p inside the Protowall folder.
Open Protowall preferences and load the new list.
To create an ipfilter.dat for eMule and bit torrent change the export manager settings.
