Scala MM2000 is a classic piece of digital signage software offering powerpoint style slide playback and creation of interactive, button navigated presentations.
This one is old! Its really old! In use with myself since 1998! But still happy to run on an XP machine of today (Vista not verified yet)
Unfortunately this is not the installer package.
Its sucha simple piece of software however, its happy with just the program files folder being dragged and dropped into YOUR program files directory.
No REG keys needed!
INSTRUCTIONS
Copy the folder "Scala" into your program files folder.
Navigate to Program Files\Scala\MM2000 and here you will find "mm.exe"
Create a shortcut to this exe on your desktop or start menu or wherever you would like it.
Finally, navigate to Program Files\Scala\Scala Scripts and double click on Clock.sca
Windows will copmplain that it does not know how to open this file.
Chose the options to "manually select a program" and point windows at the "mm.exe" file used earlier.
Tick the tiny box marked "ALWAYS USE THIS PROGRAM" and OK the dialogue box.
Bingo - all ready to go.
