DESCRIPTION SECTION
This is an extended version of Total Commander 7 Copyright (c) 1993-2008 by Christian Ghisler.
It contains extended main menu and toolbar, other programs, numerous plugins, changed layout and other elements.

INSTALL SECTION
1) I recommend to uninstall previous versions of TC UP and to do a backup of your settings.
Don't worry, if you forget to save and backup old settings the installer remembers this to you.
2) Execute 'tcup 3.7.exe' and follow instructions.
3) Copy 'wincmd.key' to install dir.
4) You're done!!!.
CHANGES SECTION
2008-03-31
Within the newest version WinMerge files compare and merging utility has been included.
Since now it is possible to save Total Commander Ultima Prime settings while working under users accounts with limited privileges policy.
Installer will add needed permissions to the files required for proper applications' work.
Many applications (AIMP 2.11, Artweaver 0.5.0.1, Wavosaur 1.0.2.0, XnView 1.93.4) and plugins have been updated to the latest versions.
Thanks to the translators work, project has gained Greek language version. Some discovered has been corrected.
