I've removed the publicity pages and other stuff completely useless, like the page where there is the list of the authors or the list of the advertisements. The articles are still there.
The original pdf has 136 pages and is 41,5 MB, instead this one has 65 pages and is 20 MB.
I've downloaded the original pdf from demonoid.
