Is it really Captain Atom, or isn't it? It was actually supposed to be, but editorial backed off and instead had the title launched as a new character: Bob Harras, fresh off being fired by Marvel, teams up with Marcos Martin for the ongoing Breach, which only survived for 11 issues.
