- Pirate stations now have dynamic defences that will grow over time (Lasertowers and ships)
- Pirate Bases defences will vary with location
- Shivan Dragons now grow more dangerous over time (and their loot grows too)

- More custom starts
- New XTM plot mission.
- Terran economy is now fully active.
- HCF troops now fully available, and troop amounts and strengths adjusted for balance.
- Capturing of real Sohnen ships re-enabled (the problem is keeping them now)
- Added the OTAS Hull Repair feature to every OTAS military vessel
- Scanner range of NavSats has been increased
- Xenons will now spawn defense fleets for Xenon CPUs
- Many more bug fixes and tweaks (To many to list here)
