Download the game. Then, mount the iso file with Daemon tools (if you don't have daemon tools, just google it and download it). This will bring up a popup menu. Here you can browse the installers, the manuals, and hints and tips etc.
When the games are installed, you no longer need to mount the cd to play them.
ENJOY :)
NOTE: If the menu didn't appear or doesn't work, you will have to view the files manually. Just go to My Computer and open up the mounted cd image and look for the installers.
