This DVD is most definitely a workout! An amazing 2hrs 37mins with the included bonus performances! From the case you would think it was simply 3 lots of 18min workouts, but it has far more content than that, In fact the case is misleading, ignore it. Content is aimed at beginners/more advanced dancers alike although focus is on workout. I quite liked it.
The bonus performances are great! Jillina does a great drum solo on a tabla when she actually walks it around.
I DO have her other 3 DVDs from the new set
