Description:
This show is famous for its parody of Russian culture, when a Soviet satellite transmission takes over the SCTV Canadian signal!! Since the Russian sketches are taped at a slightly slower frame per minute than the regular show, my AVI file copy of this (though copied from my DVD) has a temporary problem with the video resolution. Even transferring to AVI at the usual 1371 KBPS I was unable to avoid that. Fortunately, this is the only episode and the picture distortion happens in a few spots and doesn't last that long.
