It would appear as if BBC America has started to air some brief segments called "Inside Look" during the commercial breaks of season 4 airings. You would have actually had to be sitting through the menagerie of vomit inducing Walmart and prescription drug blather to catch this, but it aired in the middle of commercials during The Fires of Pompeii.
Seems as if they are weaning the Americans onto Moffat and the clip is a bit enjoyable. If anyone can find any more of these segments, please do share them as I would be curious to see more of them. Thanks and enjoy.
