You dont need to be connected to live, this is just live content. Meaning you could only have gotten it from xbox live.
It works perfect on soft-modded xbox's. Thanks a lot for this excellent upload. It has given me hours of fun.
Theres a menu that shows up when you run game the first time. Go down menu, install game, then install key. after you have done them all, reset xbox and start game again. Go into arcade and all games should show up and be playable.
I didnt modify the file in any way. I extracted it with Qwix to a folder on my hard drive. Then I ftp'ed that folder using flashFXP to my xbox and ran default.xbe This was a super simple install.
In UnleashX you can go to the DVD2XBox utility if you aren't set up to ftp.
